Yes. The only difference between tropical water and coldwater (goldfish) is their temperature. Medication can work at most temperature ranges.
Some medication even on both saltwater and freshwater.
Yes the medication will work on your goldfish.

yes, make sure u have the appropiate environment for ur goldfish, because they are not easy fish to take care of and they need different tmp. as well good luck
