I am currently almost 28 weeks pregnant and was wondering whats the best birth control to use after pregnancy to prevent another one? I was on the patch before but wound up pregnant anyway. Which birth control is the most affective and doesn’t have a lot of side affects?

I think Mirena would be the best decision for you. It lasts up to 5 years and the people i know that have been on it either have periods with little bleeding or no periods at all. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and im going to get Mirena or get my tubes tied… I haven’t really decided yet.
