Does Functional Ovarian Cyst on both ovaries Prevent pregnancy?

On the left side 1.8cm and on the right 0.72cm.I had a pain on the lower abdomen and its gone right away and I dont have any pain at all.I have an appt on feb 25 in order to see if its gone or not.And by the way I am trying to conceive and 2nd time I failed. Does having ovarian cyst prevent egg release??? But I have my Af every month that means egge is released rightt?? But Can we have an Af without an egge realease which is an Anovulatory? Okay, so a month ago I was in the hospital for 3 days with gastroenteritis due to food poisoning that was REALLY bad. While there, they also found what they believe to be a benign cyst on my ovary. Two weeks before I was admitted to the Hosp. I had AF, right on schedule. Right after I was released, I would have one day of spotting, one day of light bleeding, and one day with nothing, in that order for about a week. I was supposed to get AF about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago, but still nothing, I saw my OB shortly after the irregular spotting/bleeding/nothing and she said it was prob. the cyst starting to rupture, but a week later at the sonogram, the cyst was still there and actually got bigger (it is now about the size of a lemon or kiwi). I just had a baby 8 1/2 months ago and have been using condoms ever since to prevent a pregnancy. I go to the dr. tommorrow and am going to ask for a blood test, but I’m still nervous b/c my husband n I planned on waiting another 2 years to have another baby. I mean, could I be pregnant or are my cycles just outta wack? Any one who has had a similar prob, or an idea (nothing innapropriate please) as to what the hell is going on with my body?
Any real help is greatly appreciated!!

No, I am no longer BF, I stopped breastfeeding almost 5 months ago, and my cycles have regular ever since I’ve had my son. I thought that might be it at first too, but they have been regular since his birth.
I’ve never had a cyst before.
