What are some pregnancy complications or dangers?

Hello, I am writing a fictional story, and one of the characters is pregnant.

I need something for the plot that involves the pregnancy, so I was thinking of having to make the pregnant woman be hospitalized briefly for a complication or something.

But I want it to be as realistic as possible, so what could I possibly use for my story? Precclampsia, diabetes, what else is there to use???
