If my partner is using Loestrin 24 for birth control, what is an ok window of time?

My partner is using the Loestrin 24 birth control method. If on thursday she takes the pill around 2pm and then on friday at around 10pm would it be effective still? And if an affair occured at around 9pm would it be nothing to worry about?
