I’ve been having recurring headaches that last up to three days at a time. The pain is usually a pounding on one side of my head (either front, back or sides). Sometimes I feel pounding when I get up from sitting or turn my head to get comfortable when i’m sleeping. I try my best not to take painkillers or any medication, but the pain gets unbearable and annoying. I am a tropical medicine student and have alot of course work i’m dealing with. Do you have any suggestions as to what it may be or have you experienced anything like this? I’m planning to go to the unversity hospital soon but i’m curious to know what it really is because it has lasted about a year now. Thank you for all your help!

I had something like that.
It ended up being a sinus problem made worse by allergies. Nothing too terrible, just really obnoxious.
