Many of us may go through significant changes in our lives. These changes can produce high levels of Stress and Anxiety, which of course will often add fuel to an attack.

 

These significant changes or possibly events can be things such as the loss of a close one (family, friend, loved one), being in an accident or narrowly avoiding one, moving to a new country on your own, and other such similar things. There are also some other causes such as using too much caffeine (coffee, other products that may contain it).
