Many of us that may have experienced a Panic Attack Symptom, or an attack itself can say it can be a horrible experience. What causes these attacks?
One of the first things we can check is our family line. This has a possibility of running in the family, and may be a potential cause. Consider asking relatives or do some research if information is available.
Another cause may be accidents, or major shift in life events and responsibilities. Basically, many of the events that occur throughout our life that has the potential to inflict high amounts of stress, anxiety and pressure my lead to a Panic Attack Symptom or more.
What can Trigger these attacks?

Once such an event occurs, subconsciously it can register in our minds. Now, when we find ourselves in a similar situation where an attack has occurred before, or just thinking about it – the memories return swiftly and can spike our anxiety. We begin to worry and fret, the stress and anxiety builds up, and it can lead to a Panic Attack Symptom or more, which in turn can lead to another attack.
When this happens, often times and naturally, we may try to avoid such situations. This in essence has created panic attack triggers.
