Is my tropical fish aquarium infected with disease?

First off, tank is well maintained. Frequent 20-30% water changes. All testing on water has been negative to the likes of the Ph, nitrates ammonia, etc. Change of filters every three or for weeks.

Seems as though none of my fish are living more than a day or two after being introduced to the tank. I've noticed most (if not all) fish are getting barely noticeable cotton like substance on their skin and fins.

Anyone have recommendation as to what kind of disease this might be. Is it bacterial or fungus?

Can you recommend the right product for treatment?

They are getting a fungal infection. Go to Petsmart and get the medication for it. Take out your filters and treat your tank as recommended and when treatment is done do a 25% water change and put in new filters. It worked for my tank. Good luck.
