How do i reduce my blood pressure?

I have recently checked my blood pressure and pulse per minute and from what i found out it is above normal.

My blood pressure is ~137 and my resting pulse is 70+.

I eat a bit of everything. But i think i overdose on fast foods lately but not much.

Is "subway" bad for me? They DO put lots of vegetables in those sandwiches so it should be good for me right?
???

You are on the right track. Diet is everything. Try the DASH diet which is short for Dietary Awareness for stopping hypertension. Basically, this is a low-salt diet which restricts salt intake to 2500 mg per day and calorie intake restricted to 2500 calories per day. A lot of people eat that in one sitting. Start by contacting a local hospital dietician. See if they can enroll you in a program for diet control of high blood pressure. After a few years I went on medicine to control the numbers, then two medicines and now after nine years I am taking three medications a day to control high bp. Take it from me all these methods work. My blood pressure is 120/80 and my pulse is 65. To get these good numbers (1) stay under a doctors care (2) watch your diet carefully (3) get plenty of excercise and rest, and (4) follow all of the medications and dietary restrictions.
