I have seen the list and checked many of the names. Of the names I have check NONE have published ANYTHING that is creatinist or IDiotist in a Peer Reviewed Journal. This means that they are NOT prominent nor are they respected in their respective field. Also, note that there are a number of MD's, theologians, philosophy PhD's, and a large number of non-earth sciences and non-biological sciences PhD's.

News flash: PhD's are NOT all researchers and they are not all professors. The POINT is that they are NOT working on, have not ever worked on, and will not work on anything that gives them credibility in the areas of Evolution, Idiotness, creatinism. It is nothing other than their preconceived notions of grandeur that makes them notable to those that are REAL scientists.

Yep... I've seen that list. Recent surveys show that about 0.14% (under 700) of American scientists believe in whole or even part of Creationism. Looks like you've managed to list about 1/3 of them.

EVOLUTIONIST: There are no scientists in the world that believe in Creation!

CREATIONIST: Here's a list of scientists that believe in Creation.

EVOLUTIONIST: Those are all idiots and not real scientists.

Is the definition of a "scientist" someone who believes in evolution?

Sorry, but I took the trouble to google about twenty people from that list. First off, the only references to most of them I could find is that list. Not very prominent. Second off, and I'm really going to call you on this. You claim these people support the biblical account of creation. That is a flat out lie. Here is the exact text of what they signed to get on the list:

"We are skeptical of the claim for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory should be encouraged."

So basically it's a list of little known people, only a few of which are actually scientists (sorry, many of them are creationists and psycholiguists and the like) who actually didn't say that they believed in the biblical account of creation, just that they thought that the theories of darwin should be regarded with healthy skepticism.

This kind of thing is what passes for truth among creationists.

If you did not know what text they signed, I'm providing a link to the place where the list was published. See for yourself. If you submitted this piece of non evidence knowing that this was actually what they signed, then shame on you.

Represent for truth and people will respect your philosophy. Your post was, knowingly or not, unthruthful.

Be careful when you jump into big debates that you are armed with real knowledge.

Thanks for the list. Some people, though, wouldn't believe it was a fist if they were hit in the face and had knuckle print bruises.

Yeah, The list of people who believe in evolution is longer. However, people should look into it for themselves. But yeah, I believe in the big bang...God spoke and BANG it was.

Gee, that's already a tiny fraction as many as on the "Project Steve" list of scientists named "Steve" who believe in Evolution (see sources). As of today there are 749 "Steves" on that list.

Your list probably comes from some creationist site. You should be aware that creationist organizations are in the business of lying to you about the nature of the scientific stance on evolution. As a result, that list of "scientists" is essentially meaningless and would be even if it WERE true that we decide science by majority rule. Many of these people are not really scientists, you can bet that quite a few of them got their "degrees" from fake institutions (Christian creationist colleges, etc.), and those who really are scientists are simply wrong.

If you mean this to be evidence that there is real scientific dispute about evolution, you're wrong.

I have never seen such a list. However, it does not suprise me to find Scientists who believe in Creation, no more than I am suprised to find those who do not.

Whilst a student, my top subjects were Science & Math. I too believed in God of the Bible.
I am sure many Scientist had the same beginings as did I and I think many developed a belief in God on account of pursuing their interest in Science.

The evolutionists want to see names of real scientists who believe in creationism, yet when we present it, they don't want to accept that either. It seems that the only thing they want to believe is evolution, even if it's not real.

Isn't it just amazing how far people will go to deny God exists? The evidence is there; they just refuse to accept it.

By the way, another good list is from . Yes, evolutionists, real scientists DO believe in Creationism.

Yes, and the list of scientists that believe in evolution contains EVERY OTHER SCIENTIST IN THE WORLD. Quite a small list you've got there my friend. Just keep clinging to your outdated beliefs though...
