You can also buy it in capsules. I'm not big on the taste of cinnamon so I buy the capsules and they are not very expensive.

20mph in all residential areas.

Many parts of built up areas are suitable for 30mph and 40mph. A blanket 20mph limit would be illogical and widely ignored.

At the same time our ludicrous 70mph limit on motorways should be raised to at least 80, preferably 90mph.

Also the introduction of a national 50mph speed limit on all country roads, which is being introduced by stealth, should be stopped.

So many of our UK speed limits are completely irrational it's time for a thorough going review. Some are clearly too high, while others are equally clearly too low. Very near me, a 40mph road drops to 30mph for about 100 yards then reverts to 40 for no reason whatsoever. Naturally, it's completely ignored by all the traffic.

A more logical system would command much more respect from motorists and much better compliance too.

I use cinnamon to help control my blood sugar. But I certainly don't expect it to help cure me. I think it helps me. When I take 5-6 capsules per day I do notice my sugars stay in a better range than when I don't take it.

can't hurt and some say it is good but you have to remember that when you use foods and supplements for diabetes you have to monitor your blood sugar levels way more often.

some things good for balancing blood sugar
high fiber
1 Tablespoon cinnamon a day
Lots of green beans
prickly pear
red fresh fruits and berries
cranberries
V8 juice
yogurt
chromium picolinate--take two hours apart from calcium
magnesium, bilberry, taurine, omega fatty acids, antioxidents
spirulina between meals

Speed limits are great if they are saving death and injury, however how are you going to impose those limits? With more cameras? With humps and bumps? I would have thought that with the amount of parked cars on the streets, the speed is reduced anyhow.
A driver should adjust his speed to the condition that surrounds him at the time and should be save.
However the norm appears to the 20mph rule, so lets give it a try and see.

It is against the law to fire someone because they are pregnant. Missing work due to pregnancy is a different story. The rules vary from state to state so you will just have to find out from a lawyer in your state. In most states if you miss work, they can terminate you regardless of a doctor's note or not. These are the at-will states. Some places, such as where I work, run on point systems, you are only allowed so many points, even with doctor's excuses it takes away a point, and you are gone. it sucks, but it is true.

I agree that this is bizarre. But who are we to say how many children she has? Are we going to become like China and make a limit to how many kids people have? (communism) Or should the government simply have control- maybe people should have to petition the government when they want to have children so the government can make sure it's okay and that you can afford it or whatever...This society is a society full of childish ignorant people who always want big brother government to step in and take care of everything...well you are going to get it and then some. "Well what if she can't afford to take care of them and then taxpayers end up paying for it?" Well people- if we didn't have this communist system called "welfare" in place we wouldn't have to worry about that now would we? Hey, I believe in helping the less fortunate- that's what religious and non-for-profit organizations are for. That's what charity is for. Our tax dollars should not be funding communism/socialism.
