Obessive compulsive or correctly spelled obsessive compulsive is something that millions of people suffer with all over the world. I spelled it this way because so many misspell it and I want them to be able to find the information even if they accidentally misspelled it! I want you to know that it is not easy to deal with OCD the traditional way. What I mean by the traditional way is if you are suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder you would normally go to a therapist to psychologist or psychiatrist. There are a lot of these people but few that can actually truly help you get rid of OCD permanently.
What’s important to realize is that obessive compulsive disorder is something that can be developed by anyone is my current opinion. It’s not something that you have to be afraid of. Think about this. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is just a figment of your imagination. You cannot touch it, you cannot taste it, you cannot hear it, and you cannot see it and you cannot smell it. It’s just a creation in your own mind. Reacting to this with fear is like drawing a silly monster on a piece of paper and then looking at the paper and running away from it like a little girl. You should even go ahead and draw a silly monster and then in a speech box pointed at it’s mouth write down whatever your OCD tells you. Then you are looking at your OCD for what it really is, just a figment of your imagination!
Learning about obessive compulsive can be hard sometimes but you don’t have to worry about it because you don’t have to know everything there is to know about OCD. In fact no one can ever learn everything about it so don’t sit there and try to. A lot of people get caught in this paralysis by analysis and that prevents them from doing anything. Since it’s impossible to know everything about it you don’t have to tell yourself that you need to know this or that about it before you can take action. The best actions you can take are the best ones that you know of right now, even if they are wrong! Because if you are taking action, then you are building up a habit of taking action and you will learn from your mistakes. Some things you cannot learn until you do the wrong actions anyway, so don’t be afraid to make a mistake because quite frankly, they are necessary!
The last thing that I want to say about obessive compulsive right now is that you have a choice in the matter. Most people think that they are just a victim of this viscious thing and they act like it. Don’t do learned helplessness, instead take action like I mentioned above and don’t accept OCD in your life, always tell yourself that you want more for yourself and then perform actions toward that end. Even if you don’t know how to do it! If your reason for doing something is strong enough, you’ll find a way to do it! There are five symptoms generally associated with high blood sugar, as well as a few other

1 — Are you thirsty all the time?

Fatigue can be a symptom of so many things, even of not getting enough sleep. But if you are thirsty and urinate more frequently, then feeling tired or fatigued might well be associated with high blood sugar symptoms.
The reason for fatigue from high blood sugar is because the blood sugar isn’t going into your cells where you need it for energy. Your cells need glucose for energy to grow and heal, but the glucose isn’t moving into the cells. It’s staying in your bloodstream. When your cells don’t get energy, you aren’t going to feel very energetic either.
4 — Is your eyesight getting blurry?
High blood sugar over time can affect your blood vessels. Some of the more easily affected blood vessels are in your eyes. If your vision changes or becomes blurry for any reason, you should see an eye doctor. Not only for glasses or contact lenses, but their exams can often detect other problems such as high blood sugar.
5 — Do you have changes in your disposition?
I don’t mean the onset of personality disorders or anything like that. But the fatigue that results from high blood sugar is not limited to physical fatigue. It can affect how you feel day-to-day. You can become irritable and touchy. Or emotionally tired and lackadaisical. You may not care as much about things or even people that you ordinarily would feel strongly about.
Some other warning signs to watch out for are:
Sudden Weight Loss — The reason for this can be the same thing that causes you to feel fatigued. Glucose is not getting into your cells for energy. Your body has to get energy from somewhere, so you start to burn fat for energy. This is usually diagnosed as type 1 diabetes.
Burning fat instead of glucose for energy makes you lose weight, but it also produces toxic by-products known as “ketones”. If your body is producing ketones, you are in what is called the state of “ketosis”. This can become dangerous rather quickly, becoming “diabetic ketoacidosis,” or “DKA”.
The signs of DKA include a flushed appearance, dehydration, exhaustion, shock, and eventual unconsciousness. Severe DKA requires immediate and expert medical care. If you are experiencing these symptoms then see your doctor right away, as in immediately.
Overweight, Especially Around Your Abdomen — The unhappy opposite of weight loss is overweight or obesity. Being overweight can be a result of overeating, not enough exercise, and other causes. But if your cells aren’t getting enough glucose, it may be because you are “insulin resistant”.
In simple terms, insulin is the key that unlocks your cells to let the glucose in. If your cells become resistant to insulin, then they remain locked and the glucose doesn’t get in. So your body produces even more insulin to overcome the resistance.
Some of the glucose gets into your cells for energy. But that still leaves a lot of insulin in your bloodstream. And that insulin is used to store energy as fat. Insulin that doesn’t get used by the cells makes you fatter.
Worse than that, when you get fatter, your insulin resistance increases. So it takes even more insulin to do the job next time. This is the cycle that is usually diagnosed as type 2 diabetes.
As you can see, high blood sugar symptoms can be warning signs of diabetes. It is very important that you see your doctor as soon as you can. He or she can quickly check your fasting blood sugar levels and determine if further tests are needed.

How to control diabetes: there’s the right way and a lot of wrong ways. Diabetes is like a cruel jack-in-the-box. You always have to keep it under control. If you don’t, the jack-in-the-box will spring out and do bad things to you.
Keeping diabetes in the box isn’t easy. Especially day in and day out, watching what you eat, testing your glucose levels, taking your meds, and all the other things you have to do to keep everything under control.
Most diabetics use an approach to diabetes control that either doesn’t work very well or is very difficult to live with day in and day out. Maybe you are one of them.

You deal with the immediate situation and generalize the rest. You test your blood sugar from time to time, especially if you “feel funny”. And you don’t feel as good as you might if you had better-managed diabetes control. You still feel tired, still spend too much time and money on extra doctor visits and medicines that might not be necessary.
This is yet another approach by many type 2 diabetics who use insulin. It’s probably the worst of them all. You just eat what you want and “cover it” with a little extra insulin. Very bad.
You are probably tightening the grip that insulin resistance already has on you. You increase the likelihood of complications every day, as well as increase your risk of heart attack or stroke. Don’t do it.
So what is the right way to control diabetes?
I’m the first to admit there is no single right way. But the right ways are far fewer than the wrong ways used by too many diabetics. Any way that works, and works every day, and works with your lifestyle, is the right way for you. Let me suggest three elements how to control diabetes the right way:
1 — Information that is solid and up-to-date.
There’s no substitute for knowing what to do, when and how to do it. That means you should read books and journals, Internet articles (but do be discerning with what you read on the Internet. Make sure it comports with other more solid sources of information). And as always, before incorporating any major changes into your treatment for diabetes, check with your doctor.
2 — The right attitude.
Diabetes is a self-managed disease. It is up to you to control it, and no-one else. So no matter how good your information, no matter what treatment for diabetes you have available, you have to have the attitude and the motivation to put it into action every day.
Some days you don’t feel like testing your blood sugar or exercising. You feel like tossing your diet out the window and gorging on cake and ice cream. Or you just get depressed with the whole thing. And your diabetes goes out of control.
How do you press through it? You have to develop and nurture the right attitude, based not on feelings but on conviction and determination. The right attitude includes the determination that no matter how you feel — good, bad or indifferent — you’re still going to do what you have to do to keep your diabetes under control.
3 — A system that puts it all together and makes it work.
You need to put both information and attitude together into a system. Organization, prioritizing, goal-setting, and so on. It’s the framework or structure for your whole diabetes treatment plan. When everything is structured and organized to make it fit into your life the way you live it, this works better than unorganized, hit or miss approaches.
Now determine for yourself: no more once-in-a-while or when-you-feel-like it “snapshot” approach, or scattered or dissipated time and energy of the “shotgun” approach, or patchwork “Band-Aid” approach that doesn’t work.

Cervical cancer is a disease in which there is an abnormal growth of cells in the cervix. The cervix is the region of the uterus that joins the vagina. Causes and Symptoms
There are various causes of cervical cancer but the common causes are complexities associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. This infection is a sexually transmitted disease that hinders the ability of cervical cells to overcome tumors. The HPV infection can be reduced or prevented by avoiding sexual contact with individuals who have many sexual partners. Other risk factors include smoking, low socio-economic status, and infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Most cervical cancers can be diagnosed at an early stage by the Pap test. If it remains undetected, this cancer may cause vaginal bleeding or other discharge, pelvic pain, or pain during intercourse.
Cervical Cancer After Menopause
Cervical cancer can appear at any age; however the symptoms often are non-existent for women who are going through menopause. This makes screening imperative for women who have gone through this life change. Some symptoms of menopausal cervical cancer are pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, and bleeding after intercourse. Cervical cancer can also have symptoms very similar to those of the peri-menopausal period of menopause. Therefore, women should get screened just as a precaution. Prevention
Cervical cancer can be prevented by avoiding factors involving risk and by getting Pap tests regularly. This vaccine was also effective against two strains that were responsible for most cases of cervical cancer. But it is effective only in people who are free from any previous infection with HPV. This vaccine uses a modified form of bacteria to produce a powerful immune response in the body. The vaccine gives 100% protection against infection from HPV types 16 and 18, which are responsible for around 70% of all cervical cancers. It also protects against HPV types 6 and 11 that cause genital warts. This vaccine is an important headway to protect the health of women. It eliminates the root cause of many cervical cancers. Scientists have made a remarkable achievement by developing this vaccine. It will lead to the discovery of other new vaccines. Moreover, it will facilitate the mission of working towards medical needs which have not been taken care of. This vaccination is given as three injections over a six-month period. Immunization is expected to prevent most cases of cervical cancer due to HPV types included in the vaccine. Females, however, are not protected if they have been infected with the HPV types prior to vaccination. Also, it does not protect against less common HPV types not included in the vaccine; therefore, regular Pap screening remains critically important to detect precancerous changes in the cervix to allow treatment before cervical cancer develops. The safety of the vaccine was evaluated in about 11,000 individuals. Most adverse experiences in study participants who received this vaccine included mild or moderate local reactions, such as pain or tenderness at the site of injection. Some medical societies recommend an annual Pap test plus pelvic exam for all women once they have reached 18 years of age or become sexually active, whichever is earlier. At the advice of a physician, the frequency of Pap tests may be reduced if multiple tests prove negative.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was first diagnosed as an illness in the 1980s but the illness was first mentioned as early as the 1700s. Chali asked: I have two very good job offers.
One is in Abu Dhabi and pays $52000 US with housing, children’s private school, health, travel, yearly vacation with plane tickets round trip, return ticket stateside and relocation costs. The position includes a three year contract and I would work 40 hours a week. The cost of living is average or comparable to the US. Abu Dhabi is a desert, but is at the coast. Sports and swimming are available. My husband would be able to get a job if he wanted.
The second is in Majuro in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It pays $30000 US, health, travel and return ticket stateside, and relocation costs. The position includes a 2 year contract and I would work 20 hours a week. Majuro is an atoll (an island of sorts). Cost of living is high and it is third world country environment. The kids education would cost $6000 a year out of pocket. There is no guarantee that my husband would be able to get a job. Majuro is a tropical island and I do love scuba diving!
I have spoken to people in both places and do understand the situations in both locations.
My husband is as confused as I am. He likes the idea of the hammock at the beach, but also likes the idea of making so much money. He can’t make up his mind.
I would love to hear from anyone who has worked there or just wants to give their opinion.
